The importance of truth and trust can never be over-stated. It is when someone makes it their duty to be truthful that you can completely trust their response under any circumstance. Tried and tested. I live by this cliche – “my word is my bond” and my friends know that I can be trusted because I endeavor to be truthful on all counts – good and bad. It is not always easy hearing the truth, but what makes it easy to swallow is the way it is delivered as well.
