I love the analogy of this quote. It gives us hope of a new beginning EACH day as long as we do not ‘beat ourselves up’. In essence, you have to break off and renew yourself and then start again – it makes for a better outcome.
Just think about the brilliance of the sun for a minute. If it shone all the time without recharging its batteries, what would happen? Would it burn out? Food for thought.
In any event, with each new day, we have a chance to keep going to fulfill our goal.
