Absolutely true! You or I can write all the inspirational quotes we like, but what matters most is when we practise what we preach. We are all guilty of this crime called – inaction. We do not always follow through. However, before we start ‘beating ourselves over the head with that mighty stick of correction’, let’s be gentle with ourselves, and give ourselves another chance to take action.
